Generation 911 service. Drove cross functional teams as Scrum Master.

billing upgrade, and their premier mobile applications to provide the best
user experience (UX) possible. Drove large, cross functional development and
IT mobile application projects, and teams. Instrumental in conducting
dependency analysis, and identified risks to project milestones while
utilizing established escalation procedures to ensure projects were completed
on time and on budget. Accountable for delivery of the entire customer

Using
Waterfall methodology and assigned as Senior Implementation/Construction
Project manager for T-Mobile’s 175 Million network expansion and
modernization to include the launch of their LTE network in the Seattle
market. Responsibilities included review all Statement of Work, Notice to
Proceed (NTP), BOM, CIQ, MOP documents, and Change Requests to ensure no
delays in deploying sites. lock and load with the client for weekly
deployment’s, and ensured all deployments were on schedule. Used tools such
as IPM to update status of deployments. Also identified and quickly resolved
equipment deployment problems to keep deployments on schedule, and ensured QA
process was in place to ensure quality of the build was within client’s
standards.

I am
responsible for managing 9 field managers and 8 General Contracting companies
during the Network modernization, LTE add, and 1 and done rollout.

Manages all
field managers and general contractors in deployments and resolving any site
alarms during clean up.

Site Closeout Packages (SCOP) from the General Contractors, and submits the
package to T-Mobile in a timely manner.

Manages
punch list provided by T-Mobile. Works closely with the General Contractor in
developing a solid schedule to clear all punch lists.

Later, using
Agile methodology, reassigned to upgrade Nokia Siemens Networks NDS from
release NDS8.0 to NDS 8.4. Worked closely with the Product Owner to determine
sprints needed as well as resource commitments.

Using
Waterfall methodology assigned to National Project management office (NPO) as
senior Implementation/ Deployment Project manager to assist local and
regional project managers to ensure all projects were completed on time and
within budget, which would increase the user experience (UX) for AT&T
wirelesses customers. Worked closely with local and regional PM’s to conduct
dependency analysis and to identify risks to project milestones while
utilizing established escalation procedures when needed, and maintained
accurate weekly project status reports, timely communication of meeting notes
and follow ups on action items to close outstanding issues per project
assigned. Used such tools as Primavera PMATT to update CORE network status,
and used CASPR to update RAN status. Updated GNET when needed, and
coordinated in scheduling with CTAC Greenfield.

BSC bandwidth increase: Assisted local and regional PM’s in increasing BSC bandwidth (Gb
links) nationwide to meet the demands of growing markets. Evaluated
and managed change orders as required.

BSS Migration: Assisted
local and regional PM’s in BSC migration once bandwidth was increased.

UMTS Phase II & III construction: As construction manager, I created project plans for 175 phase II node
B’s, and 35 phase III node B’s in the greater Seattle area. Drove real estate
leasing agreements, managed contractors, vendors, and equipment delivery.
Ensured sites were built and turned up on time and on schedule. Lead
technical and other cross functional teams, and attended weekly customer
executive officer meetings.

SGSN – BAU:
Assisted local and regional PM’s in the build-out of new Ericsson SGSN’s
nationwide to meet the demands of growing markets. Held weekly meetings with
vendors (Ericsson and ALU) and regional managers to ensure program remained
on schedule, and implemented changes orders required to implement any necessary
course correction.

Converting RAN/RNC links to IuCS/IP: Worked closely with ALU and Ericsson to meet the 75% link conversion
of all RNC’s nationwide by the Technical Vice President by end of 2012.
Worked closely with Local and Regional project managers on other projects
such as IP Multimedia (IPM), which also included Session Initiation Protocol
(SIP) for Radio Access Network’s (RAN).
